: Flexible with checkin, generally nice appartment. Good location, quiet during Corona peak season. Crib and high chair available.
: The agency handling the appartment had about 5 people contacting me at different times. The were not synced and it was time consuming sorting everything out.The appartment was 25deg hot - in winter. It took a day to cool down to 21deg. No remote control found for TV box. A few kitchen items missing. Dishwasher takes 4h to complete, options to change the program are blocked. Only one dishwasher tab available.

: Very modern and nice apartment. Close to city center and just near the lake. The owner left a bottle of sparkling wine as a pleasant surprise. This didn't compensate the issues we had.
: We had multiple issues which spoiled our stay. 1. We had to collect the keys from a different place and also to bring them back after check out. This is total 10 mins walk. For people with bags is very inconvenient. I asked owner to meet us at the property, but he refused even after I explained we don't have a car and have bags.2. There were no soap in the apartment, no shampoo or any basic things which you usually expect. I was surprised the find out that I cannot wash my hands neither after using bathroom nor in the kitchen. We couldn't buy the soap on the arrival day because we wasted too much time collecting the keys and the stores were closed when we got in the apartment and discovered the absence of soap. 3. The owner requested that we take all the rubbish bags after we leave. This is despite the fact that we paid 150 CHF for cleaning. In less than 2 days we stayed in the apartment, we barely made any difference. I don't understand how they came with such high cleaning fee and why it doesn't include rubbish removal.
