  : Location and property was good overall.
  : Had to pick the keys from another location away from the property, which was additional cost for us. Had a power outage where some power points were not working. Reported the issue but no one came to resolve it.

  : Nice balcony, comfy flat, living room and kitchen, good for spending family time. They kindly left us a prosecco as a gift. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
  : Only one fan, so obe room had no fan and it was very warm. Very little dishwashing liquid and tablets for the dishwasher, very little toilet paper and soap and toiletries. We were three guests staying three nights and the toiletries left were enough for one night. No coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine which uses a very specific capsule model. I think they should leave a couple if capsules per person per night to avoid the hassle of having to buy capsules outside. 15 min uphill from the train station, not ideal if you have heavy luggage and travel by train.
