: The satff were great, the room and facilities exceptional. Great location.
: Im not keen on memory foam mattresses as they make me hot, and I dont sleep so well. Not the accommodations fault, but they should maybe mention it so that customers are aware.

: The ladies were very welcoming and helpful!The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. We thought the beds were very comfortable. The location is walkable to everything, the walking / biking path is just outside the door! We opted to take a taxi to the train station because of the number of bags we had.

: Great property on the north side of Lucca old town. Perfect for walking round the walls or into the pedestrian area of Lucca.Its open plan and really large and spacious, air conditioned and even has a mini bell tower where we had breakfast. Made a perfect retreat from the midday heat.The owners were really helpful suggesting places to go and see and where to eat out.Will use again if we go back to Lucca.

: Location: at the furthest end of Lucca from the station (which is fine, it's a small town) and in a lovely area full of restaurants, bike rentals, and easy access up onto the wall. We had a chance to stroll through when finding the property and worked out where we wanted to go and when, and a nice coffee shop. The property has been renovated and the rooms are lovely and clean. They have deep high-end foam mattresses so if you sleep well on these you will be happy. Lots of advice of where to eat when there (excellent advice).
: Not much, there is a bakery next door, so you will hear a little of early comings and goings but it's Italy! Can't complain being woken by the smell of croissants cooking!

: A lovely room, well decorated and quirky. Very nice location opposite the city walls and lots of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep......great choice of food nearby and good recommendations from the host. Good choice in mini bar if you get there late......and lovely choice of local coffees provided free of charge.
: Very small gripe that no milk was provided in the fridge (i know Italians dont like milk in their coffees :()....although there are shops nearby to purchase. Also, due to there being floorboards in the rooms, we heard a lot of noise from the room above........they did seem to be rearranging their furniture for most of the evening....but i'm sure this isnt a normal occurrence.
