: Roomy and clean inside. Chris was very nice.
: Many projects going on at same time. Front yard was a disaster from the work being done. Could not go sit on front porch due to the absolute mess of tools and other things on it. Thought there was a backyard and it was fenced off and all kinds of things all over the "yard".We stayed in the downstairs suite. Really really odd to have two doors leading into what he called the master suite that were locked off It was just kind of eerie and weird.Paid more money to stay in a house where my granddaughter could run in the yard and there was no yard because of everything going on. Not worth the money that we spent. Was kind of disappointed in how much we spent for it.

: The location was good - it was a 7 minute drive to downtown. The area was quiet and safe. The TV in the living room was huge, my son enjoyed playin video games on it.
: I was not aware that the place had a bunch of unfinished projects. Wish the pictures and description were more accurate. The entrance is not very accessible. The inside needs a lot of touch up painting. The beds are uncomfortable and sheets are worn out. The bathroom is dark and has no place to set or store any toiletries. It has potential, but projects need to be finished before renting out.

: Nice neighborhood. Several options for food nearby. Security features were good.
: It seems to be a work in progress. Several projects inside and out werent completely finished. The place looked different than the pictures represented. The host was very involved and kept checking on us almost too much.

: Great location, front yard was in the midst of significant construction, the place was clean and comfortable and had all the creature comforts we needed. House had character...
: The pictures were of the upper floor but we got the lower floor... Perhaps no big deal... The owner was great and super helpful. The house was old but remodeled nicely so it smelled like evergreen and not musty which was nice. Could use a little more furniture, specifically some surfaces for things.
