  : Area just like as advertised. It was very clean. There was parking in the back. It was super close to all the places I needed to be.
  : The coffee maker didn't work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the shower. I called the number provided to report the problems to no avail. I didn't expect to have to go out to get coffee first thing in the morning.

  : The pullout couch was terrible. There were not enough blankets or sheets. The king bed was sunken in on one side and very uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. There was dirt and buildup of grime on the baseboards.

  : I loved the location and the property. It is clean and kept very nice.
  : The AC was out in my room but they did move me to another room but the noise from the street was terrible. A lot of screaming and yelling and folks having a good time through midnight. I had to go across the street for coffee creamer and sweetener as it was in any room.

  : Apartment was stunning and spacious. Very clean as well. Location was very convenient to activities. Definitely a great value.
  : A few things. Had issue with room code and had to get from hotel across street after I had unpacked car.Windows are way too thin. Had trouble sleeping due to street noise- traffic and people until 3am both nights. Even sound machine didn't drown it out.Also was not fond of restaurant staff lingering and smoking in back entry area. Made me feel uncomfortable coming up on one hiding in that area in the dark. I'd give my review a 10 if it wasn't for these reasons.

  : 1 - Our room code didnt work. No one answered 5 calls. We saw Housekeeping on another floor. They took pity on us and let us in our room with their codes. A backup code was texted and worked. No elevator so we carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.2 - The Wi-Fi didnt work. We were given a password that didnt work with any of the available networks. That night they put notes on all guest doors with a different network and password neither of which worked. On the third night, our internet suddenly worked without us hooking up to it (leading me to believe someone came into our room while we were out and hooked it up). It was the last night and a few hours before we left for the evening so we were able to get about 2 hours on the tv for the whole trip. However, the password was not provided so we couldnt connect our mobile devices. Our room was in a hole so our unlimited data plan didnt even allow us to scroll. Had to walk downstairs just to call an Uber, check scores, send emails, etc.3 - Shampoo and soap bottles were empty. We took water showers the first night (got back late night and didnt know) then went and bought our own the next morning.4 - We specifically paid for Housekeeping when we reserved. However, housekeeping never came. We finally bought our own washcloths, toilet paper, and coffee pods at a local store as we did not want to bother with these people anymore. The trash was never emptied (and the trash cans didnt have bags in them) so we used the kitchen sink for trash overage.5 - The room type was not even close to what we reserved on booking.com. We had a nice bed. There was a bare single mattress on a loft above the couch. There were 3 open shelves for clothes (no drawers). The closet space was not much (enough space for a single travel suitcase to stand upright on the floor and a few hanging clothes. It had linens for the bare mattress and a lamp shade in it.).

  : Recently remodeled and nicely redone and decorated. Location in NuLu was very convenient. Complementary parking.
  : Keyless door lock did not work and staff kept blaming WiFi but appeared to be batteries/equipment malfunction. Other renters had this same issue. WiFi did not work for 2 out of 3 rooms booked by our party. TV was reliant on WiFi, so no TV either. No luggage racks or bedroom dresser to store clothes. Only drawers under/within bedframe. No towel racks in bathroom other than 1 shelf/rack combo (with no shelves) over toilet. 2 of the 3 products in the toiletries dispenser in bathroom were empty. When staff were alerted, they left 1 bottle of 1 of the products instead of refilling the 2 empty dispensers. Another room in our party had the same issue and response.
