  : Drove over 200 miles to get to this place and they tell me that they have no rooms for me to stay in even after booking a reservation. I had to drive across the river to another state to get a room for the night, not to mention that I am disabled and use a wheelchair for my mobility. Very disappointed the front desk people were rude and very unprofessional to me. I will never book a room again at this dump.

  : Their internet doesn't even work. My boyfriend couldn't conduct his business online. The room was nasty. This place is beyond disgusting! Shame on the owners for getting rich by having dirty, nasty, disgusting, and horrific rooms. No wonder a deposit is not charged.

  : They claim they couldn't find our reservation, so a friend had to rent the room for us. They are one of the most horrific motels in Louisville. They DO NOT wash their comforters. The bedspread had dog hair on it, spots of dried-up blood, stains, and other bodily fluids. It smelled horrible. It was had cigarette burn holes all over it. They did not give us another comforter. Their housekeeping doesn't wear uniforms, and the front desk staff just look dirty, unprofessional and horrible. Our room was NOT clean, trash was left under the bed, the light socket was broken, the lamp shade was missing, and the TV remote was broken and sticky. The curtains were hanging down and torn. The floor was sticky, and the bathroom was simply gross, with urine stains all around the bottom of the toilet. We had ONE towel, no toilet paper, and no cups in the room. The workers claim they are under new management and stated that the previous guy, Danny, was fired and others quit. We will never stay here again. Unbelievable experience. The OLD guy who was the manager looked like a hot mess!

  : I didnt like that I was checked into a dirty room and when brought to staffs attention it still wasnt corrected and I dont like that due to the lack of cleanliness and quality of the hotel I checked out early by an entire day from my reservation and wasnt even refunded the day I didnt stay which I feel is more than reasonable
