  : The location is convenient for me as it’s quite close to a family member as well as restaurants, a movie theater, shopping, including an Erewhon (high end grocery store) in the same block. The view of Griffith Park is wonderful if you have a room facing west. The pool area is quiet and comfortable for sitting and relaxing. Love the landscaping. This is the second time I’ve stayed there, this time with some reservations. I like the size of the hotel, the staff is friendly and competent, but there are a drawbacks and I’m not sure it will be my choice for my next visit to the Silver Lake area.
  : The room I was in this visit: the asphalt tile floor needs some repair, and in general is very unappealing; the paint in a few areas needs attention, specifically around the sink. Plus the paint color is dreary and depressing. The bathroom wallpaper had a few holes in it, and was peeling in the corner next to the shower. There wasn’t an area to place an open suitcase except on the counter at the window, which has an air vent, a coffee machine and a tray with liquor and snacks, so not much available space. There should be a luggage rack. There was a bench on the back of the headboard, but it is not wide enough for an open suitcase and is basically useless for any purpose because it faces the sink/ wall. Besides not having any good space to place a suitcase in the room, there is not a chest, shelves, or space for unpacked clothing except the closet. However, there are no shelves in the closet and there are not enough hangers(5), and none of them have clips for skirts or pants. There was not a mirror with suitable light anywhere in the room where one could apply makeup, except over the sink and some of us need to be able to get close to the mirror, or to use a magnifying mirror, which is impossible to do over the sink. There was only one chair in the room…was comfortable, but extremely low to the floor. The bed was the only other seating option if more than one person is in the room. I disliked having the bathroom light turn on automatically when entering. With a minimum of improvements and changes, it could be a a terrific choice, though it appears the target age the hotel is aiming for is younger, probably <45, which is not me.

  : The room was very nice, tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed, Good location. Nespresso machine in the room.
  : Besides the Nespresso ,4 coffee pods , sugar packs, Nothing else was offered for free, no bottled water, no tea bags, a small electric kettle, paper napkins..The chairs were very cool and hipster,but uncomfortable, same with the wicker coffee table,.not enough storage for clothingNot enough hooks in the bathroom the sink part of the bathroom was integrated in the room , not a fan of that setting
