  : The room was clean well organized and the restroom/shower very clean. I did noticed there was items missing from the mini fridge by the liquor section. I liked how they did have security by the entrance.
  : Starters the valet parking is as not included in the stay that was a total negative. The location was a very busy area not the place to be if you want a peace and quiet room. Hotel guaranteed full security deposit and that is not true.

  : I recently spent 4 weeks in California, and among all the hotels I stayed at, yours was the one where I encountered the most issues related to the staff. Although your establishment is rated 4 stars, the lack of professionalism from some employees was evident. If at least their interpersonal skills had been up to par, it might have compensated for their lack of expertise.However, I would like to highlight the excellence of the staff responsible for room and corridor maintenance. They demonstrate a respect and consideration for the guest that I unfortunately did not find at your front desk. For instance, I had to call the front desk four times in 1.5 hours to get a small work table, to no avail. Yet, a maintenance staff member I crossed paths with in the hallway resolved my request in 10 minutes. Similarly, upon my departure, despite waiting for 30 minutes, no one came to assist me with my luggage. It was eventually someone vacuuming the hallway who spontaneously offered their help.Another incident that stood out to me was at 5 pm, despite having two bars in your hotel, I was suggested to place an UberEats order for a simple Americano coffee.In summary, the services provided by your hotel were more akin to those of a boutique hotel than a 4-star establishment.
