  : This is an excellent flat for a short term stay for those seeking a location with immediate access to Central London, whilst appreciating that your budget is not unlimited! This is NOT an immaculate modern air conditioned Penthouse Appartment in a Ritzy Statement Tower Block...but it has distinct advantages for those seeking convenience and value for money.
  : The shower head leaks and requires replacement. Hardly a reason for not renting this flat, though!

  : The rating for this should be negative 3 stars. Avoid this rental at all costs!!! Aside from the description being very misleading, it was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. -The bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair in the shower and sink. It also smelled like an overused urinal. -No towels or hand soap were ever provided for us at anytime during the entire duration of our stay. -A makeshift wall/ceiling (multiple small piecemealed plywood) separated our room with the communal kitchen (using the term kitchen loosely). There were so many gaps in the wall/ceiling. We had to deal with lights and noises every time someone went in to use kitchen at all hours of the night and day. -The bed slanted making it nearly impossible to sleep. The list could go on and on. We tried canceling as soon as we saw the horrid situation we were in but they refused to give us any compensation. I have pictures to corroborate what we witnessed and had to deal with.

  : Host was present and available and helpful and that is really the plus of this property. Place was clean enough (at least in the room), and I felt safe there as solo traveller.
  : Overall the place was looking tired and run down. My accommodation did not match the photos and descriptions. Would be best to have drink facilities in the room rather than "sell" this kitchen access which is more than basic and acts as laundry room too and I did not use. Luckily could get a coffee take out from nearby petrol station late at night!
