  : I used your site to book a few days. The hotel then asked me to use their in-house website to book. They overcharged me £180 per week. Myself and my partner were self isolating and had an issue with payment but I said I would settle as soon as my wages came from Dubai. Felix the manager threatened me with a security company and eviction. Then a guy called me threatening to come to the room and assault myself and my partner. Then go to my house where my children live. I am reporting them to the police. Absolute disgrace.

  : The location was very convenient as I needed to be in this neighbourhood . Buses and tube very handy and two supermarkets nearby
  : The apartment had a raised mezzanine bed on a platform and very narrow stairs to it. It was not possible to stand fully up when I got up there and I am only 165cm.This bedding arrangement was quite dangerous for me as I have had 2 hip replacements and if I had known it was a platform bed, I would not have taken that apartment .Also , there was a very large dog in one of the other apartments, and I was quite frightened to come across it in the hallway one day.Hallway was quite dirty and smelt of dog.Apartment was quite dusty and looked like it had only had a cursory clean

  : Everything!!!!!!I had the baddest experiences ever!!!It is durty, smelling, no security, no respectful.Definitely I don't recommend here. There are so manx other stays around this location like airb&b. You should not stay here!!!as first, I asked before I booked that wether the ground floor is available to stay or not. coz of my heavy laggage. but they just work 9 to 6pm so didn't get answer till next day. but I had to stay next day so I booked and asked same thing again. and they answered me next day that only 4th floor is available but It was actually 5th floor which is top floor(6 flight up) and there is no elevator. and they said they can send people to help me if I pay £50+vat. It's too eypensive!!! so I had to lift up my super heavy laggage( I payed tip for my taxi driver to help me)they should show or tell what floor is available now if they have a lot of stays in same building.of course they don't allow to cancel and had to stay...and finally got there but smells so bad. I smelled cigarette smoke(i'm not smoker) so I told them this smell and want to switch room If they have a available roomthey said they will send someone to check TOMMORROW!but you can't change your room coz of full.so I told them " what time? but If I can't change my room, u don't have to send people. It's gonna be waste of both time. I will splash my perfume and keep openning window anyway"but no answerthen I went to work and came back 7pm next day.then realized I got message from them at6pm after came back.they said they sent someone and checked my room but nothing smellingI was like "WHAT?! Someone got into my room this afternoon?"I was soooo scare!they sent someone guy into my room when I WASN'T THERE even tho I told them u don't have to send.Can you believe this?even there are my washed undrwear hanging on.It is crazy.
