  : The property is in a lovely quiet area, its also well organised and quite true to the pictures.
  : The company managing the property did not reply after we had an issue with the place, I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was an hygiene related issue and they said they would get back and did not, so that kind of make it a bitter stay

  : Great location, lovely neighbourhood, quiet road yet so convenient for town.
  : The managing company weren't great. Although they were lovely on an individual basis, they had forgotten to meet us to let us in, so it was just luck that someone was still in the office when I called. We had to sit outside on the pavement for over half an hour, at he end of a long journey and in 40c, to be let in, despite having made arrangements. The TV was not working, and although a very nice lady tried to fix it, she couldn't but said someone else would be round the next day to do it, but no one came. As we were arriving during a record-breaking heat wave, I asked if there were fans in the property (in the plural, one for each bedroom). I was told yes, but when we arrived there was just one, with the box stuffed in an alcove. Once again, the lady was apologetic and helpful, bringing one the next day, but it still meant a night without one when we had been told they were there already.

  : Gorgeous property ideal for what we needed! Beds were super comfy. Quiet neighbourhood perfect for jet lagged travellers. Easy to get to train stations to get into town.
  : Key collection was a while off from property (not an issue just to let other potential visitors know). also a couple doors do not shut properly.

  : Beds not suited/comfortable for two persons, noisy from street traffic/no quiet street, filthy carpet/curtains (overall impression of not well maintained place)
