  : I have stayed in this apartment two years ago but this time it was very run down and shabby, lots of things felt worn out and not cared for properly. It requires a bit of TLC!

  : Property was lovely. Wasnt where it was advertised though.
  : I arrived at what I thought was the property only to be told I had to trek across town to pick up the key, then was given the details of a different property. The guy who I spoke to wasnt at all empathetic verging on rude!

  : The tv was is out of date and the signal was weak. Most channels were unwatchable for those wanting to have tv viewing.

  : Did not like having to travel to Camden to collect keys with overseas luggage. A local 'key safe' would be easier. We requested 2 sets of keys but only got one

  : Was in a great location , clean and tidy but not as nice as the pictures .
  : I found the whole experience a bit of a con ... i had a budget of 125 pounds to spend but soon found out after booking that i had to pay 40 cleaning charge and 40 for keys to be delivered . This hiked the price up by 80 so i had to go to Camden to pick the keys up and save myself 40 . I feel the extra charges should have been made more visible and clear in the description . The booking was non refundable so i had to go through with the whole thing BUT i would have cancelled immediately once i found out about the extra costs which i personally felt should have been included in the price . The staff weren't very concerned when i told them my experience had not been so good . I received a bent smile and shrugged shoulders when i expressed my feelings and how much of an inconvenience it was to go an collect the key's in another part of london . If you are looking for something in your price range then READ THE SMALL PRINT before you book .

  : Only the localization and the number of bedrooms.
  : 1st. The personal that make the check-in is not gentle and respectful with the people; 2nd. Many tricks :- The address is not the same in the announcement, - - The pictures are not reflecting the 3 bedrooms apartment (pictures much better than reality);- No information that the cleaning fee can only be paid in cash;- They force you to get 30 minutes far from the lodgibg place to get the keys (or you must pay 40), what was not funny in our case with 2 senior people and 2 children with us;- They dont inform in advance about the lack of sockets adapters EU to UK, and if you dont find a place to buy one you go on no charge on the mobiles (trying to save some energy ???);- The dish washer had no manual for operation;- It was not very clean as should be (when cleaning for check-out we found tags, plastic and other trash below the beds;In summary, they need to improve a lot if they want that someone repeat the experience...and they should start replacing the people working on the check-in.For me, an absurd that Booking allows a host make so many tricks.

  : The toilet was clean. The flat was newly refurbished.
  : The flat was full of mice running around. I asked to change flat but I have been told that probably the other flats would have the same problem. The floor was disgusting. However the toilet was cleaned. I asked for my money back and they tricked me saying that I haven't changed flat when they basically said that it wasn't worth the trouble changing.Also, the price that appear is not the final one, they ask for 'cleaning fee' a part to make it look cheaper compared to others flats.
