  : Interiors looked good. Everything else was terrible.
  : Would never recommend this place to anyone. List of issues - 1. Agency that manages the property is extremely rude. There was a different address on the booking page and when we asked if the person would meet us there with keys we were told actual address is different and given some stupid safety reason. 2. Infested with mice - please stay here is you love mice and think its normal to wrap your bread in 2 layers then keep it in the fridge along with any other food in the open plan kitchen. If you don't mice will come to eat it - and not just the crumbs on the floor but the mice even appeared on the countertop. 3. Worst hosts possible - the manager made fun of us when we told about the mice problems, blamed us for not letting pest control in which was a lie of course and the pest control people set up little traps as experiments which clearly didn't work. We were told whole of Shoreditch has a mice problem and we need to just live with it. 4. When we negotiated moving to a different non-mice infested unit, the heating broke down. the manager blamed us for that too - and the person to fix it said it's not possible for someone to break the heating from outside. seriously, these people are strange. 5. we asked for portable heaters since they refused to get it fixed next day and London was freezing. when the heaters had to be returned we requested to keep 2 for the rooms in case heating didnt work again. the manager threatened us that someone will open the door of our apartment and take all heaters if we didnt leave it outside. also refused to coordinate time with us or call us. we were two girls living in this apartment and these are covid times. doubt this is even allowed by the law that you can just enter someone's apartment. 6. the maintenance person entered our apartment twice since we hadn't opened coz we didnt hear them knock - this was not for anything urgent. these people dont understand the concept of calling on the phone or privacy.
