  : Location was good
  : The room was a lot smaller than pictured in the advert and it was located at the top of 6 flights of stairs with no lift. Not great when carrying luggage up and down especially having stayed to run the London Marathon.

  : The staircase down to the lower basement room needs a hand rail and lighting. Dangerous for elderly guests

  : Area very convenient, close to Paddington station.
  : The tiny flat had no ventilation. It is spring now, and still cool outside, but inside, it was stifling - we had to open the window to sleep. It needs an aircon - imagine what it would be like in summer!! The noise from the neighbour (flat 16 or 18) was disturbing. The mattress was not comfortable and the bathroom facilities way too small for normal sized people. We struggled finding the new location of the front desk. We were looking for New Kent apartments and did not know it was operated by another name.

  : The staff were very friendly and welcoming which for a LGBTQ person is important. They were clear and helpful and did their best. Its not a 5/7 star hotel of course, but its friendly and nice.
  : I thought the place could do with another coat of paint.

  : Its location is excellent, 2 tube stations within a 5 minute walk and enough shops, take aways and restaurants within touching distance.
  : The apartment was a little small for our needs (2 adults and 1 13 year old)
