  : The location is very good, it is off the street and therefore very quiet but not far fromBalham High street with lots of shops and restaurants and the tube and railway. The host was great and responding very quickly to messages.
  : this property would need a bit of love - there are plants with thorns growing on the entrance, it is worn out and the blinds and curtains are not great. It would need more maintenance (one lamp was broken and the inside of the dishwasher needed a fix) And it was not clean at all and smelled like cigarette despite smoking being forbidden. Also if your place is for up to 4 people, 4 seats should be provided!

  : The location is good, approximately 10 minute walk form the nearest tube station that will take you into central london. Good value for money from a very responsive host. Everything you need as a home away from home. Excellent ammenities in the general neighbourhood.

  : Great space for 2 guests. It feels really homey but still looks quite modern.
  : The back garden is unusable and it wa disappointing as I stayed on a sunny day. Would have been lovely to have been able to use the garden

  : The accomodation is well situated being a short walk to the centre of Balham and transport routes.
  : There were several problems which spoiled what could have been an excellent accomodation:- We were waiting to receive the keys for 30 minutes- The front garden was overgrown and had litter, initial impressions were that the house was abandoned.-Access to the back porche (with the only table and chairs suitable for eating!) was impossible as the host was unable to provide a key! Access therefore to the (also overgrown back garden) was also therefore impossible.- There was mould around the wash basin and bath/ shower- Only half of the bulbs worked in the lounge-kitchen and the lamp didn't work either!- We were asked to provide a 400 GBP deposit providing card details over the phone; not through a secure system.- Is it too much nowadays to ask for a jar of coffee, sugar, tea bags and a pint of milk? Recent accomodations have provided fridges filled with bread, butter, fruit, cold meats, eggs and bacon.

  : Location was good for me.
  : Front and rear garden un-kept over grown, littred and not use-able. Conservatory was leaking and not useable. No housekeeping throughout the stay and property was not cleaned properly, bathroom was filthy and floors not moped.

  : The host was very assisting and catered to any questions and needs I had. The flat was clean and had a nice slick interior.
  : The front door is a struggle to open and close. This is whether you lock all locks or not, it is a struggle and pain to open/close.
