  : The room number 2 was very very dirty, the toilette also with excrement on the toilet seat , all sockets didn t work , there was a lot of dust on the bed sheets and there wal the hole in the wall . The room number 5 for three days it was not possible to wash because the water was only boiling, and the mixer did not work

  : Just the location for me, for those seeking to visit London for tourism this is not a good location.
  : To start my overview this property is managed by Allo Housing, a 3rd party company.1. Bad check in process. Email with check in instructions was not received until 03PM as promissed. At 03:15PM called to Allo Housing, iniatially the lady informed the wrong codes so I could have access to the keys. She had to call someone and them called me back with the correct code.2. When finally got the key, my set had only the room key, not the front door key. My luck is that other guest was also checking-in and opened the front door. Bottom line: the whole check in process took more than 30 minutes while I waited outside in a very hot day (36C).3. Entering the house you immediately perceive that cleaninness is not a strenght. Room was also not very clean.4. My first room had a water leak from the roof, I discovered later that evening after returning from market and finding the room floor all wet as well as a good portion of the bed, while water drops were still falling. Tried to call Allo Housing but I discovered the hardest way that they only pick up the phone from Mon-Fri from 08AM to 05PM. So in the case of an emergency like this you don't have anyone to talk to.5. For my luck, next morning the person from Allo Housing responsible for house keeping showed up for his weekly routine and was able to transfer me to another room.6. The new room was better (at least didn't have a waterfall inside of it) but the fridge didn't work and it had a water leak from beneath the kitchen sink. So everytime I had to wash dishes, water started to appear on the floor >> I complained about the Fridge and received no answer so I didn't ever bother to complain about the water leak.7. In the middle of my stay the WiFi stoped working and never got back until the checkout day. Called and sent emails but again no one bothered to try to solve.8. The electricity keep being shut down which is anoying.

  : The ad did say air conditioning but there wasn't. Mattress was awful.
