  : It was handy for us coming to London and staying one night then crossing the road and walking 5 mins to St Pancras station in the morning for the Eurostar to Paris
  : The room we got was big enough and clean. However to use the bathroom you had to go up a step to get in which is not ideal if you have arthritis in the knee and no grab handles to get up. Also we were up one flight of stairs and another 3 as you went round landing no lift which was not mentioned when booking.

  : Very good location, right opposite kings cross station, our room wasn't facing it, but it's still very convenient. The room and the bathroom were clean. The check in and check out process was very quick and easy, there was free WiFi. There are a lot of shops, restaurant and cafes less than a 5 minute walk away, that are open very early so it's easy to get a morning coffee and breakfast run at 7-8 a.m. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need a relatively cheap accommodation and don't want to drag a suitcase around London for a long time when arriving to Euston or Kings Cross.
  : Our window was facing directly into another room, so we couldn't open the curtains for 2 nights because we would just be stating at a family of 5 in the other room. My room key card also randomly stopped working on night 2, so upon returning to the hotel at midnight after a concert I had to go back down to reception to change it, but it was sorted out very quickly so that's very helpful. A very small unimportant issue is there was no ice or a freezer in the hotel or reception, but that's not a big problem at all, I could run to a nearby cafe and just ask for a cup with ice there.

  : We booked for our daughter and friend as they missed the last train home after a concert and we couldn’t find another room near King’s Cross. The staff were very nice and efficient and was easy to check in as we had booked on line for them. They didn’t have breakfast or anything else as their train was 5.55am.
  : The windows were boarded up and missing??? Although they did feel safe there was a lot of loud music all hours and the walls are paper thin. Saying this it served a purpose at the last minute so was fine.
