  : Nicely decorated hotel. Great location 2 minute walk from Kings Cross Station. Our room had nice little outdoor area. Although we didn't use it, downstairs was a very nice looking bar area with plenty of room to sit.
  : Our room was up some very tight/steep stairs. Not an issue if you are mobile, however may be difficult for some. Air conditioning in the room kept resetting to 25 degrees for some reason so was quite warm.

  : Staff were friendly and helpful. They now offer free bar snacks! As well as the usual tea and coffee. The balcony that accompanied with this room was also really good. Always good wifi too :)
  : The shower and toilet is always a little cramped, but at least the water is always hot. I would not say that there is anything else that I did not like, as this is my usual "go to" hotel when staying in London.

  : Really good location, within easy walking distance of Kings Cross/St Pancras and Euston, but down a fairly quiet street. Friendly staff, clean hotel and the room we had was spacious and well appointed.

  : What a beautiful hotel.The interior was first class, with lots of extra unique designs.Staff are very helpful and the free tea and coffee in the lounge, an added bonus..
  : Only downside was the boiler which would come on during the night with a humming then tapping noise, I didn't get much sleep, and wake up totally exhausted. We had rooms on different floors, but it was the same on both.The boiler needs fixing immediately.

  : Clean new facility. Comfortable bed.
  : The hotel room descriptions are not complete. They are hiding that it’s a very steep walk up building. It’s not inexpensive and they do not list what floor the rooms are on. We are a 70 + couple and paid a fair price for a nice hotel. We were not skimping on money. When we arrived we were led to a basement room with no exterior window. That was not acceptable for me and we told them we were willing to pay more to have a better view in London. At that point we were led to a room on the 3rd floor which is equal to a 6th floor walk up because of the high ceilings and steep flights up. There were empty rooms that we could see being advertised as available. I would not return or recommend the guyle until they

  : Quirky hotel with a nice selection of whisk(e)ys and decent free light breakfast. Room was tiny but exactly what we needed and were expecting.
  : It was difficult for my aging mother with disabilities to climb the stairs to our room, as there was no lift. She did make it up, and the staff was kind about helping us with luggage. But I wasn't expecting to be on the third floor with only stairs!
