  : We had a ground floor room. Convenient to Kings Cross station.
  : The room and bathroom were both quite small and felt a bit crowded. It felt slightly dingy and run down.

  : The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of restaurants and a nearby Tesco. The reception staff were friendly, and the single room had all the basic amenities, including a hair dryer.
  : Be aware that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up the steep staircase if you're on the top floor. Additionally, there's no fan or air conditioning, which might be an issue in the summer.

  : Close to KC station. Lots of shops around to eat.
  : No bath mat provided, so it becomes wet in the room after the shower. The stool in the room is nearly broken, not safe to sit or put things on it. The floor is too squeaky and it wakes you up when ppl from the room above walk.

  : The location is unbeatable- a few minutes walk fron Kings Cross Station, yet tucked away in a quiet street facing a green park. I did not try breakfast, so cannot comment on it. The room was cool on the hottest day of the year, and had ventilation despite being in the basement.
  : The the room was a basement room, big enough but crowded with 6 beds(we had booked a quadruple room), reached by a narrow flight of stairs- which might be tricky for people with lots of luggage. There was a window, but it did not let in much light. Some of the beds were not great, with sagging mattresses. The decor is minimal but the room looked uncared for, with pictures hanging crooked on the wall, 2 tvs including one that did not work. The bathroom was of good size, but the door had no latch or lock on it.
