  : The list is too long...it's obviously rented by the owner who subs out the cleaning and upkeep to a third party. The amount of broken or faulty facilities are numerous. If I wasn't semi handy I wouldn't have been able to wash in the sink, shower properly or flush the loo. The window latch is broken and the plug sockets come away from the wall. The biggest worry is that they failed to mention that the front room is 2 metres away from the overground track..!

  : The bedroom and the fact there was an extra set of keys. It was very spacious and the tv size and options of channels with Netflix, prime and Disney was great. There was a washer dryer and dishwasher that worked perfectly. Cooker and microwave was easy to operate, the hoover was good and there was a mop and bucket however the bucket was filthy like it had not been used in years, by the state of apartment it clearly was the situation.
  : The start was an insight to how unclean and unprofessional this host was. I was informed by Rose a call customer service assistant from Booking.com that the Manager Brad from Houst had confirmed that there was no issues with the keys to my apartment no. 72 and that the apartment had been cleaned yesterday by a cleaner. Although a Houst Call assistant confirmed that the cleaner had problems with the keys and getting into the apartment on the 14th August 2021. With that said we had to collect the keys from outside a shop that was padlocked to a bike lock stand. The lock was filthy I had to sanitise my hands before entering the car again. When we got to the apartment It was extremely hard to get into the apartment, the first door to the building was difficult to open because it wasn’t stable, the key lock to the second door was very stiff and it took almost 10mins to figure out a way to force the key in. Once inside there was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, a very unclean bathroom which had mildew/mould (some kind of fungus) all over the walls and ceilings, broken lamp/light in bedroom looked like it would fall off at anytime, broken bed panel which surprisingly didn’t interfere with the bed. There was a broken shower holder, broken window handle, the sofa was too small and very uncomfortable which was a shame because the tv was great. Toilet had flushing issues and the sink drain was full of hair and junk that the water took forever to go down. In the end out of frustration I ended up cleaning it myself so the water will go down quicker. I also had to clean the mop bucket to get rid of the cobwebs and spiders. Not something a paid customer should have to do, especially when the Manager confirmed a cleaner had been there prior to your arrival.!?
