  : The rooms are decent and functional. It's a quiet and serene arena.The setting and surrounding areas are nice. Finding it is a bit tricky, as there are no sign or notice nearby - even on front door to guide you. It can get a bit overwhelming if you are a first time traveller (I am based in London and had a trip to the locality prior, so it was fine). The bathroom is shared between 6 rooms, and is in the mezzanine floor. This can be bit of an issue for those with mobility issues or if it gets overcrowded. Also consider that there are no basins in the room.
  : The staff is downright incompetent and unprofessional. It is self check in and self check out. I had to call them couple of times prior, and it was consistently unhelpful. I could have overlooked that, and made reasonable allowance; but for the fact they lied to me. My booking said there would be a riverfront room. I had called to double and triple check that. They assured me every time and asked me to follow up close to the time of arrival. I did that, and I was told that my booking was allocated to Room 6 which had a riverfront view. On arrival I got the message that it was Room 1, which was did not have a riverfront view. When I reported, the staff didn't offer any help or solution and was very nonchalant about the entire issue. This makes me uncomfortable about the managements approach to the property.

  : The room and the toilet are clean and comfortable. The house is located in a safe and convenient location.
  : There is only one toilet/bathroom for 6 rooms. But this is just a minor issue since it is already indicated on the website.
