  : The property is very nice. Pretty pool, balcony and patio. The staff was friendly and helpful. Security was good. Nearby restaurants and beautiful waterfront trail is near that takes you to a reef protected beach. If you like loud music and local food, they are just steps away on the boardwalk.
  : It is located at the end of the airport runway and the planes are VERY loud. Two nights without restful sleep. The beach is very narrow and it is on a boardwalk which is not in good repair. There is a party bus that comes through with very loud music.

  : WiFi has issues No Laundry on site Full Size Bed not Queen You will hear airplanes all night every day Ubers do not like being in that area (traffic & low uber fares), and drivers also don't like sand in their cars, area is very sandy, rent a car if planning to stay here. We have over 15 drivers cancel on us while we were trying to go to san juan or the airport. Missed our plane trying to get a uber @ 4 am Beach not for swimming/recreation - waves/currents too strong not 100% safe area, we were harassed by drunk people on late nights, and the hotel is in an alley Sunday is like a party day in that area, so expect no sleep and music until after midnight.

  : We enjoyed that the place was right on the beach. The pool was always clean and we had room service halfway through our stay! The room was very beautiful and clean and had everything we would need for our stay.
  : The music outside was rather loud most nights. Transparency about the music would have been helpful!

  : It was clean and cozy. It could use a little updating, but it was comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the balcony.
  : The area feels a bit sketchy, but the Beach house feels secure.

  : Location was OK. A little off the beaten path, I like that.
  : The place is on the beach but you can't swim in the ocean there. I would have booked a different place had I known that. Would have been better if beach chairs and umbrella was supplied. A car is definitely needed.
