  : I liked the location. I liked the staff at the gate to make sure everyone belonged in the area.
  : The hot tub area and pool was under maintenance so we only had use of them for two days before we left. The area was not cleaned good after fixing and the hot tub had NO working water jets. All it was, was a small warm pool and was dirty. And the slide for the kids should be open more then two days.

  : We loved the pools, we travelled with 2 young kids, they had a great time swimming all day. Our room was located right near the private beach, a short walk that was nice. The pools were clean for the majority of our stay, last 2 day the pools were dirty due to overnight rain. We didn't see any staff around cleaning the pools and surrounding areas. We found lizard feces around the pool which wasn't cleaned for a couple of days. Location is nice, you do need a car to stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious.
  : Our room (7001) was dirty when we got in. We had mould on the majority of all the pillows, and sheets. We had to wash all bed linen before we could sleep. We contacted the owner and asked if the pillows could be changed, we never heard back from the owner. Once we cleaned and removed all pillows from the beds we were comfortable. The lounge was also mouldy we had to add a sheet to be able to sit on it.The apartment size and space is great and comfortable, just the maintenance let the room down. A little TLC needed. It also said that shampoo and soap was meant to be in the bathrooms, but we had none, after the no reply about the pillows I didn't bother asking about the bathroom amenities.

  : I liked the space of the apartment and the private beach access.
  : The pool with the splash load was closed. I have 4 kids so it was one of the main reasons I booked here. The counter in the kitchen where the sink is was rotting out.
