: It is a family hotel full of enjoyment for family and kids.breakfast was awsome, public space was very clean.
: The room furniture was old.there wasn't any washing liquid in kitchen, for pool you must pay for towels

: We had an amazing stay at the hotel, its perfect for families with small children and kids. Lot of activities for them. Staff was also very friendly and considerate for small children. It was easy to find free parking on the street in front each day, so no issues. Location also very good, close to supermarkets, shops and nearest Fenals beach
: We requested for double bed but got 2 twin beds joined together which was very uncomfortable to sleep as the beds kept moving apart. Finally one of us settled sleeping on the living room sofa cum bed. Food was quite bland tastewise. They had a good variety but most of it tasted very bland and similar on most days. Breakfast was very much the same each day

: It is a nice hotel, pretty clean, with a big pool. Breakfast is great, and staff is awesome
: Property is quite outdated. Rooms need some serious update

: The children pool is the biggest selling point. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a large selection of food. The price is ok.
: The room was so old and smelled awful. The fridge was rusty smelled mouldy. The noise insulation is not great, you can hear people next door, above as well as anyone walking down the corridor. The doors to the balcony had no active lock but they would lock automatically when closing, allowing people to accidentally lock themselves outside. The view from the room was very disappointing. The reception wait time can be very very long. The coffee and fruit juices at the breakfast buffet don't taste great. The bar by the pool is very expensive and offers very little selection. Parking facilities are expensive and the free parking spaces are very limited and always the same guests hogging them.

  : Food, staff, options..

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: Loved the outside area. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Great location for families and people with kids. Good breakfast selection
: The rooms itself was underwhelming. There was a bad smell when we entered and the bed was broken so we were moved to a different room which also smelled bad. The pillow cases were dirty and had a smell. The bed wasnt the most comfortable. So definitely needs improvement of the rooms. Very old fashioned design and decor. No tea bags in rooms. Dinner wasnt the best
