  : Welcome pack, friendly hosts, lovely cottage and gardens
  : Clean on the surface, but could really do with a deep clean. The heating/ hot water could ideally do with setting longer. The shower went cold very quickly if you didn't remember to boost it. However you could easily control the heating yourself and it is colder than expected at the min. The beds are very comfy, but very squeaky too! The single bed frames could do with replacing. The main bedroom is also very dark as you can't open the high window blind. Would be lovely if you could.

  : was expecting nice views and all I had was trees all around
  : the pictures on the site must of been when it was new 10 years ago , pulled up to a pile of broken up wood and wood panels , 5 cars on the drive walked up to front door and there was a big bush full off blue bottle flies , the floor had not been brushed or mopped, the windows in the living room had hand prints all over it and you could see the dirt on them to . Then when opened the door to the bedrooms I was meet with a room with a door and litte window and more cob webs than farmer Tedds . Bathroom was clean but next morning got a shower but to cool the hot water down in shower I had to turn the hot tap on in the sink as cold water tap didnt work in shower . Went to make breakfast and every bit of utensil I took out to use was grubby and the shelves had rings when I took a cup or plate out . Went to have breakfast outside and was meet by a bent wobbly table !! AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAS GONE ON OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS I CANNOT BELIVE IT WAS SO UNCLEAN..SORRY I COULD NOT STAY THERE I LEFT AFTER 2 NIGHTS WAS BOOKED IN FOR A WEEK , WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING

  : its very well placed for all the action. quiet location with views of mountains and sheep. comfy beds and sofa lovely welcome gift on arrival
  : we struggled with the heating. not familiar with it so that didnt help. it was supposed to be on auto but kept switching off I assume the temp had been reached but it was a tad chilly for feb. there is underfloor heating I think and a lovely log fire for use

  : Excellent, lovely, quiet and peaceful location. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful host. Accommodation was spacious, warm and well equipped. Private parking area.
  : Double bed, for us, was very firm. however we found out on the last day that the twin beds felt a lot softer. We could not find a hairdryer which is unusual.
