  : Hotel conveniently located. Room well appointed, and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. Excellent choice for breakfast, freshly cooked to order, with cereals, continental, and pretty much anything else available. Exceeded our expectations.

  : Main: 1. RUDE RUDE RUDE OWNER 2. COMPLETE FRAUD "4 star hotel" doesn't match the pics on booking.com. 3. I couldn't sleep the whole night and had a panic attack 4. I found something looks like insect in the scrambled egg, nobody even apologised. 5. Heating doesn't work and radiator was really noisy full of air inside We were given a room (14) up on the top floor and were not told that it's a fire escape route, with the key for the room hanging outside the room. In the event of fire you would be stumbling over our belongings and the beds which are blocking the exit, which is completely illegal. The host did not inform us that that we would be given such a room, otherwise we wouldn't book this place at all. We also couldn't raise a complaint on arrival as they don't have a 24/7 reception and they leave at 7 PM so were forced to stay the night. In the morning after asking to change the room, Tess said that they are fully booked, was very rude and condescending in front of other guests. She says they are not a "Hotel" but a "Bed & Breakfast" meanwhile all of their promotional material says "The Cumberland HOTEL" and it is listed as 4 star hotel everywhere including here.

  : Easy check-in with very friendly staff and a parking permit was provided outside the property from 10:00 - 18:00. The location is excellent - only a minute's walk from the beach and a short drive from cliffside walks The en-suite room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
