  : There was rubbish in the bathroom bin from previous guests including a used nappy, but it was soon resolved.

  : Unfortunately the breakfast was chaotic! Only one coffee machine! Coffee tasted disgusting - of descalar / staff advised! Sausages cheap processed meat! Staff not replenishing coffee cups & no pepper in any pepper pots ! Lack of attention to detail!

  : Stayed here a few years ago found out the hotel had gone down in cleanliness from my Previous stay. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all could’ve done with a larger counter for cereals and fruit as everyone was in each other’s way.

  : We had a lovely suite, which was a surprise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast, didn't need a lunch . Ideal location for the event we were attending. Staff very helpful and courteous. We would stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

  : A very nice traditional promenade seaside hotel, with modern decor, clean and comfortable rooms, and very welcoming and attentive staff. Justin is a gem! The breakfast was outstanding, with so many options, and the hot food was cooked perfectly. The bunk beds were large and strong enough to accommodate my two teenagers. (It was a bonus not to have to book two rooms to accommodate the 4 of us.)The location is great. We enjoyed sitting in the small bar at night, looking out to sea. Guaranteed parking was essential for the location.
  : Not a complaint, but the bathroom was tiny. It was functional, but it is difficult to change/dress inside it. The stairs could be a problem for unfit or infirm people - ask for a lower level room if this is you. We managed fine, especially as Justin carried some of our luggage up to the top floor for us.
