  : It was modern, good location, yes it was on a main road but that wasnt a problem. 5 min car journey to the centre of Lincoln, or 15 minute walk. It was clean throughout and decorated to a high standard. The one member of staff we saw cleaning another room, was lovely and ensured we had enough resources in our room (toilet roll, coffees etc).
  : The bathroom was small, if either me or my friend were big ladies, wed have struggled to sit on the toilet/ get in and out of the shower. The toilet didnt flush the best, so you couldnt use it 1 after each other as the 2nd person couldnt flush. Shower was a little mouldy in places, but with no fan in the room, its bound to happen. Had plenty of hot water! Also, we had to call to find where the permit allowed us to park (maybe adding to the permit where it includes would be good, not just what zone it was for as when youre arriving and dont live locally, its not as simple as stopping on the road to read the signs)

  : It was quite small.Some of the residents were noisy into the late hours.There were also roadworks going on for the two nights I stayed also into the late hours.
