  : Nothing. Bad place.
  : 1. Super Dirty. In this place guests are supposed to clean after themselves, so you never know who was cleaning before you. The floor was fat and dirty. All plates and spoons are that dirty that you will not use them.2. You have to clean after yourself. It is not written on Booking but they have a table on kitchen that they will charge from card if you do not clean.3. The App to enter the flat is smart but it never works from the 1st time. You always have to spend 3-5 extra min in front of the door.4. When we were there the main light in the main room didnt work. We had to pack stuff at 5-00 a.m. we didn't see anything. WIFI didnt work. It cost us 10 eur more to buy a sim.5. The assistance is useless. Actually, Chiara was on touch all the time but non of my 3 things i've asked he was done (1. To fix WIFI 2. To fix Light 3. To clean) NOTHING! Ok they've sent a cleaning person to us but the cleaning was bad again (even after cleaning all the flat had a lot of dark long hair everywhere but neither me neither my wife do not have this type of hair). So the lady have cleaned hair that i showed but there were a lot new after her. For other questions she promised to fix light and wifi but did not.6. Do not trust photos. Maybe they were actual 10 years ago but now all is dirty. The furniture is broken and dirty look at photos.7. No AC, but i do not remember if it was written on booking.The location was good. I do not care about noise so i liked the location.Really Lecco is amazing city but this flat ruined all our good memories from this wonderfull place. DO NOT Recommend.

  : Nice apartment, spacious and clean.
  : It is very loud, both nights we spend we were awaken at 6 am by the delivery unloading to Carrefour that is located opposite. The bed is not comfortable and I am not too picky sleeper. Apparment is open by app, which is very convenient in the end, but I have some troubles with check in(customer service helped thou).

  : Great location where you can hear the heart of the city (restaurants, bars, shop opposite the apartment). Maybe someone would tell that it could be more silent, but for us it was completly normal (for flat in that location).We had a little misunderstanding in the beginning of our trip, but host’s reaction was quick and fully professional. Good contact with the host.
  : Lack of some kitchen’s equipments (only one wine’s glass, lack of cutting board).Problematic using of App to open/closed the door. There was some problems with open the second door by the App.The bed should be changed.

  : Would have appreciated a bathmat and a couple of lamps, - the lighting is a bit bare.

  : The location is perfect, everything is near: lake, train station, market, bakery, coffee shop. Wifi was very fast! And the comunication with staff was very simple and nice.
  : It is a bit noisy, but it’s a price you pay to live in a busy main street. And it would be comfortable to have an electric water kettle in the apartment.

  : The location was perfect, many restaurants, shops. The apartment have two cosy balcony, nice to sit and drink coffee. The owner of apartment was very friendly.
