  : Breakfast was competitive and more than adequate
  : Room cleaning was every other day although there was no signage to that effect. Came as a horrible surprise. Also, the wake up call never came.

  : The hotel looks fairly new, and I am happy about that because new hotels equals cleanliness and excellent beds. We only stayed for one night but we were impressed by the beds, the shower, the toilet--it was sparkling clean and neat. They had ice water and lemon water on the lobby which I also loved after being outside on a hot day. I am not sure if they were offering breakfast, I could not remember. We just stayed for one night but would have wanted to stay one more since it was a new hotel.
  : I did not like the first reception we had, I guess the guy was bored and was annoyed by the screaming kids on the lobby--his manner was like bored/wanted to get you out of my hair so I can continue watching the game on TV right now. I asked if there were laundry services and he immediately cut me off saying, we don't have coins for the laundry we ran out. The next day, I was hesitant to ask again since I thought it was the same guy from yesterday. It was a relief that there was a different man on the front desk and was more helpful and cheerful. He even really tried hard to look for coins for the laundry but they were out. He apologized profusely and even said he will ask his manager once he comes in. That was the only hiccup in our otherwise nice overnight stay.

  : The room cost was $149 the cost for our two dogs, which was not disclosed up front, was $150. That disqualifies you from being pet friendly.
