  : Nice clean location. The lake was great for fishing, no paddle boats though.
  : Mini golf was listed as an amenity however did not state you needed to bring own equipment. In order to swim in the pool you needed to sign up that morning- we missed out on a day of swimming due to not being able to check in until 4 PM. Only other issue was no grill, only a grate over the fire pit. I just think these things that are not available should be listed as so on the website.

  : Location to Hershey Park. Surrounding town was friendly with good restaurants. Campground quiet and clean. Nice playground and pool for my granddaughter.
  : When I called and left messages prior to our arrival they were not returned. Fire extinguisher was unlocked and location is not child safety.

  : this listing is not honest. it never stated that you need to bring your own sheets, pillows and towels. I have never even heard of such a thing. After I arrived I asked the person at the gate that checked me in where are sheets and towels. he said your supposed to bring your own. so instead of doing preview night at Hershey park I had to go to walmart to purchase sheets sets, pillows and towels for $128 additional to the $450 I already paid for the cabin for 2 nights. the listing says free wifi. that's a lie. the wifi is only free in a family center not in your actual cabin where you need it. the Tv has 5 channels if you want anything else you pay extra. the bathroom lock was broken. the listing says cabin is very private area. there are like 100 rv's parked everywhere. someone was using the firepit and table that came with my cabin that's how private it is. there's no hot water after 3 people showered. listing said screened in porch. that's a lie as it was not. the rooms are tiny, there is barley any room to walk to get on the bed. there was lots of flies in the cabin. we spent half our time trying to kill them and get them out. my kids started getting overwhelmed with the flies so i asked if i can cancel my second night so i could go elsewhere. it was denied so i was stuck in this dump for another night. don't book here, go to an actual hotel.

  : The cabin was very clean and there was enough space for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a broom and mop to clean up behind the kids. The employees in the store were helpful. The amenities and weekly activities are great.
  : There is duck and swan poop everywhere outside. It calls for a good deal of mopping from poop being tracked inside. The television does not have many channels. Wi-Fi is not free in the room. The descriptions on their website need to be updated. You have to take your own linen for the cabin and restroom. This wasn't a problem, but it needs to be displayed on their website.

  : Kim was very attentive. Chris fixed everything that was acting up in the cabin in a timely fashion. Rachel who worked at the activity center referred to me by name and was so sweet. Rachel made my stay absolutely delightful.
  : There was a few problems with the cabin but someone came to fix it first thing in the morning. Kim was very helpful for making the rest of my stay comfortable.
