  : the location and the boat ramp were awesome.
  : The restaurant messed up my order multiple times and when they were out of food items, they brought out half of what i was supposed to get and didnt say anything about it as if i wouldnt notice. i also waited an abnormally long time for my food because the server stated they only had one cool and one server (who was a 16 year old boy who was just helping)

  : Nice location with great view on the ocean from the poil and the beach . Equipment of the room too basic for the price. The room has view on the parking of the camping cars/RV which is not ideal. Very friendly staff

  : No Wi-Fi! No tv (well there was a tv but could not use it with no Wi-Fi!). Stayed a week with no maid service! No fitted sheets on bed only flat sheets that came undone. Had to buy trash bags. No microwave! Only single serve coffee maker. Tiny room. $450 a night should have some amenities!

  : The room was clean
  : We had no tv or internet and no one told us until we arrived. The restaurant was cash only and they could not make change. Also they were out of almost everything on the menu. The server told us that's the way it is living on the water. I told her I've lived on the water for 40 years and this is not acceptable.

  : cable wasnt working for months.. should have let us know or lower price.. trash pickup and sheets do not fit mattress.. they dont clean up the room everyday for what they charge.. no microwave in the room. annoying outside lites that you cant shut off..
