  : I don’t know how to start, my cabana was for 6 ppl. But nobody’s toldme, I can not have any visitors . I have rented from friday to sundaywish is Not sheep, Saturday my daughter(42) whith her son(21)andgrandson(2) as you can see them ,are my closest family, they arrivedaround 4 to spend a least 3 hours. And the manager or idk who? Came withvery bad attitude to ask me Who’s this ppl !! I explained they are mydaughter... Grandson and great grandson and she said: im sorry but theyneed to leave) I want to left the hotel at the seem times with my familybc I feel very bad. Nobody talk to my family like that. Sehe said i,llbe back in a few min to check, and she send other lady, she was nice tolet us know if we wants to stay the have trailers to rent for $300 .. imsorry ,we have enaugh $ to stayed for the whole week, but the first oldlady whit her bad attitude makes us so mad. She didn’t Not how to run abusiness. She lost money and clients. Other Thing they didn’t told us ,saturday the pool didn’t open, why they didn’t put that info at thehotel description and the photos with the kayaks on the beach ( sand )that’s is Not in that complex , Dont waist your money on this rental. Iwill not recommend and off course I will never go back... Thank you
