  : There was no staff at the property when we reached. It felt like a deserted house. Check-in time was 2 PM and that is when the caretaker arrived to set up our room. We had to wait 30 mins outside the room while the sheets were replaced.Also, for the breakfast, we were told to walk 1km to a different resort of which this house was part of. Very dissatisfied.

  : Obertraun is really beautiful and Hallstatt is also nearby. Easy to find the Appartements. Nice view of the mountains. spacious room and nice bathroom at least for one the rooms.
  : Check in was in a different location, in Obertraun Resort and we werent informed about that so by luck a lady cleaning the dormitory informed me about it. unless I missed it. In general it could have been a bit cleaner and the second room didnt have a very nice bathroom.

  : The location is just amazing. The staff was generally friendly and even took care of our special requests for the rooms. Rooms are very spacious and have a cozy atmosphere. Bug enough for a couple. The bathroom was big with modern amenities. The bed was nicely done. It was amazing to see snow capped peaks right outside the window. That was a big highlight for us.
  : Instructions for room check-in were not sent in advance. We had to walk back 20mins for check-in. Unfortunately did koy read the reviews earlier about a similar experience. There was no communication and this was a big negative for us.The room was not very clean. There were cobwebs and dirt and other stuff from previous guests.

  : The location of the resort and the view from the room.
  : Some basic utility items were missing like bathrobes, room slippers, liquid soap in the bathroom etc. Also a big dissapointment was even though there was a kettle in the room there were no coffee or milk capsules, sugar, or anything. No items in the mini bar. NO WATER also for emergency. We expected much better amenities. Not worth the money.

  : Big and spaceous room with lots of areas to store your luggage. The same stands for the bathroom as well. It was the cheapest at the time I did the reservation, however, it turned out that the Dormio Resort was cheaper than the Gasthof Hllwirt. That's a pitty because the Dormio Resort seemed nicer.
  : Different location for the check in while the room is located on a completely different area. On top of that there was personnel during the check in. They had to be there since we arrived between the working hours of the reception. We wanted to tell them if there was a room in the Dormio Resort istead of the Gasthof Hllwirt that we stayed but there was no person to ask. The place were the Gasthof Hllwirt is located was kind of spooky. The building seemed like it was abandonded. Huge mistake, the fact that they don't have black out curtains.

  : The main building has great facilities, right next to the beautiful lake, not too far from Hallstatt so easy to cycle to. Can hire kayaks and paddle boards by the lake too so very convenient. Beautiful setting and great that those in the offsite property can use all facilities at the main property.
  : We were in the off site property which we knew beforehand wasnt going to be as nice as the main facility and it was a short walk to the main site too. This didnt bother us, was easy to get from one to the other. Our issue was cleanliness. I found toenail clippings on our shower shelf on the first day. To me this indicated it either hadnt been cleaned at all or hadnt been cleaned well, either way disappointing. Despite staying in the cheaper accommodation I still expected it to be clean. It was also extremely hot in there and the beds werent comfy. We didnt really sleep for those 2 nights. Stay at the main site if you can.

  : The property itself 2 km away from the reception. The room really needs to be refreshed. The floor is very squeaky, the drain in the shower is blocked and no one showed up to fix it (we asked). We got one tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash for THREE PERSONS for FOUR DAYS stay and they refused to renew it when we asked.

  : Foto which you see on booking com seite,it s not true.The haus is not existing as Restaurant any more,,so no breakfast possibility ontge spot the whole house is empty, wir denken das Personal von Dormio Resort wohnt dort.On the doors standing:personal.We could get key in the village in Dormio Resort..their telephone is hard to reach.In the building is a mess ,electric kabel everywhere on the corridor floor.I don't no what could we do in case of a technical problem Thats all you can not see on the booking com.
