  : Carpets were dirty, room keys sometimes didnt work, Wi-Fi didnt work on upper floors, one elevator didnt work

  : It's a great building and it's sad to see it deteriorate. Needs a renovation.
  : Everything seemed dirty. The window had handprints so idk if they had cleaned it before.

  : No key, had to ask front desk to unlock my door every time. Too many roaches. Place smelled like smoke even though its non smoking.

  : One friendly staff member.
  : First staff lady sold me a second connecting room since the double beds they have are smaller than a full size, once she sold me she noticed that the connecting room to my room was booked. Okay I understood and proceed to ask her if she could find me another set of connecting rooms to which she said umm it was almost time for her to clock out and did not want to look since she didnt know which other rooms in different floors connected umm you work here why wouldnt you know why wouldnt you provide better customer services. The Second Lady at the desk was beyond helpful and accommodated my family and I. Rooms in the 10th floor have to be open manually by the front desk every single time no one is at the room, so inconvenient. Location is horrible seems like there is a lot of ilegal late night activity. Drug dealing and prostitution thats just that town area. I dont recommend at all. Please do not expose your family to this place.
