  : newly remodeled and clean
  : our 1st room had a broken toilet and the 2nd room they switch us too had a light that was about to burn out. So if just flickered when you had it on. Also, front desk girl took forever to get back from break and also they never answered front desk when needed help.

  : 10:15amOn Day 3 on may to the lobby I asked housekeeping to clean my room because it hadn’t been CLEANED IN 2 days. I then went downstairs and paid for another day. Then, I left to go do some errands for work.3:30pm My schedule changed and I have to leave out of town immediately, I go back to hotel and I told the gentleman at the front desk that I would be leaving and I had not used the room and it’s clean. He said that the manager would be responsible for giving me back a refund.I went upstairs to get luggage and to my demise the room still hadn’t been clean, they had only put soaps and towels
