  : the place was lovely and clean and was the same as in the pictures. very quite and relaxing.it was great for the three of us to stay in, easy to get to the places we visited. bodmin was not far in the car to get to the supermarkets to get some food and there was takeaways in bodmin. went for a lovely meal in the weaver's inn in bodmin.
  : It is down a long very narrow lane that fits one car down so not easy if another car or vehicle is come the other way. Apart from that was a great stay.

  : Like the layout and air conditioning. comfortable bed and lots of natural light in the main living area.
  : Outside overlooks shared seating area so a bit like a goldfish bowl when others are seated opposite the property as the front has a lot of glass. some of the crockery is cracked and it seems that the cleanliness of the utensils is down to the hand washed standards of the previous guests. There were some small food deposits left on one or two dishes.sofas and cushions could do with upgrading.WiFi pretty poor so better for off grid holiday makers.
