: Thanks to the excellent directions provided we were able to find the property as sat nav gave up due being so remote. A great house on two floors with 2 bathrooms. We used as a base to explore all around Cornwall and not far from the main amenities in Bodmin. Very quiet and as is on a part time working farm we had the joy of the cows coming in one day and had a bull looking through the window. Would recommend.
: I've only marked down slightly on amenities as feel needed to be a bit more up front about the WiFi strength. Certainly not for gaming or streaming TV. We managed fine as were able to tether from phone data. Certainly not a problem for people who want to have a quiet break and get away from things.

: Quiet, peaceful, location of this farm at the foot of Hellman Tor. Comfortable furnishings, everything needed for preparation of meals was available. Close proximity of Lanhydroc was good for those requiring extensive grassland for walks. Access is a little Cornish (narrow) close by the farm, but never caused us a problem over the week.

: The property was basic but very comfortable. In a quite remote location under Helman Tor, but being in the centre of Cornwall, days out to places like Padstow and Fowey were easy enough. The property is larger than it looks on photos - the main bedroom is huge. Special thanks to the host for posting back an item we left behind.
