  : The location is perfect so close to downtown.
  : The smell of the room. It’s a non smoking room I guess but if it’s only for one night it’s doable, didn’t read that on the reviews the first time.

  : The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked great (it rained so we didn’t get a chance to use it)The person who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful!
  : It was very outdated, not enough outlets and the outlets that were there were very old so it was hard to get anything to stay plugged in. The lighting was very poor. The bathroom walls had some ceramic tile areas which were all cracking and the wallpaper was peeling in several spots.

  : No Wifi, no channels and about 10 of the channels that did work on regular tv, most were static. Need to invest in an antenna. She said they bought a smart TV but none of those options work, like cable, Netflex, etc. Broken blinds, busted sink in the bathroom, no remote for a dvd player, that the Owner Justina said was not promised to us, but was in the room when i got there. When i told her at the end of my stay that there wasn't one and we were unable to watch the movies she burrowed us, she said there was one in the drawer...and there was not bc we looked for it and found a remote for some type of heater or A/C. wasn't for anything in that room. Creepy guy that works there - gawking us the whole time. Drug transactions on the property. When i asked for 1/2 of my money back after my stay, Justina said because i didn't mention these things during my stay i'm not entitled... Then had the audacity to say she wasn't going to charge me for the towel that got make up on it... You kidding me... you have to wash all the towels i hope and make up comes off, especially because it's white towels and you use bleach, i hope! But any excuse to justify the wrong in that room. Now don't get me wrong Justina was nice in accommodating when i needed something but i too got tired of calling/texting for everything... Was not what i expected and i will never return. The only reason we ended up there is because there was nothing else for that weekend available. Now i SEE why And i heard from a couple surrounding places that she runs a dive business as you can totally see when you drive up. Shame on me for settling and shame on Justina for not running a tight ship, but you live and learn. Good luck Justina!

  : The location was great. It was one of the last rooms left in the city on short notice. The shower drained fast.
  : It took ten minutes for there to be lukewarm water. Water faucets sprayed water sideways out of the sink or onto the shower wall. One window didn't lock

  : Liked the location and the pool was nice.
  : It's a very old hotel, & definitely needs to be renovated to get it into this century. The furniture is old, & in poor shape. The room frig was huge, not cold, and the antique TV didn't work. The window AC was very loud & not in any way cool. Our room smelt like stale cigarette smoke & mildew. There was a neighbor chain smoking outside and the AC worked well on sucking that in. The room was so creepy my granddaughter initially refused to sleep in it. She eventually came in as she was afraid to sleep in the car. We didn't take our bags, as we were worried about bugs. It was impossible to find the manager, unless she knew exactly when you were coming. We both got sick on a boat ride and went to stay with friends. We didn't go back for that reason, and our friend couldn't find the mgr. to return the key.
