WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Arrowhead Tree Top Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: No smoking is allowed inside rooms, including the conference room. There will be a USD 200 cleaning fee imposed for any evidence of smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. All cigarette butts must be placed in designated trays/buckets or an additional USD 200 clean-up fee will be added.

Property is pet friendly. Please call to arrange a stay in a pet-friendly room for an additional charge and pet deposit.

Only Duraflame/pre-treated logs may be used in the fireplaces. No natural or fresh-cut wood. No open flame candles allowed. Damages from embers, candles or irons to carpet, bedding, and/or property will be charged for repairs. Property reserves the right to immediately evict any rooms that are over occupancy without refunds and/or charge a USD 40 per person over occupancy fee in addition to the nightly rate.

Children 5 years and older are considered as adults.
