  : The rental was generally nice.
  : We had smoke seeping into the unit from the fireplace. The unit next door had a fire going and the smoke was from them. it was bad enough we had to open windows. The staff resolved the issue by the time we returned from dinner. The TV in the master bedroom had no remotes. I guess that didn’t matter because it was not receiving any signal. So no working TV in the master.

  : We liked the patio and the space. I did get suggestions for hikes and places to eat nearby.
  : the couch was not comfortable, the beds were so large for the room, it was tight to get on to the sides of the bed. There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the beach club is not included, so guest are unable to use the pool and other amenities. The back bathroom smelled bad. I think they need to add some extra touches for guest. It could be great, but it's very basic. Next time we will stay in Lake Arrowhead cabins were they offer access to the lake and kayaks and amenities that are included in the price.

  : The property is extremely rundown and had an unpleasant odor. It wasn’t visibility unclean but we left after 5 min. It was nothing like the pictures (which are several different units).
