  : location, right on the water
  : Unit has no AC, making it almost unbearable to stsy in the afternoon when its 85 outside. Also unit is very dated, old furniture and patched floors.

  : The location is perfect. Waves on the reef beneath you, the beach and patio just a short flight of steps below, an outstanding view set up for awesome sunsets, snorkeling and paddling right there. And it's close to so much good stuff - Honolua Bay, Napili, Kaanapali - great place for a Maui Basecamp.
  : Yeah, it's scruffy. But big deal - look at the sunset, grab your snorkel stuff and step down to the beach, walk to one of the bigger beaches nearby - and you won't notice. No AC, but we just left the sliders open and had the breeze do its thing. One heads up - it's not private on the decks. We had fun neighbors, but if you want to avoid people you should be aware that you really can't.
