  : When we first arrived, the outside of the building isn’t all that impressive, but once we got in the room, we couldn’t have been happier. It was very clean and the view was incredible. New appliances and comfortable bed and couch to lounge. Little portable air conditioner thing by the slider that kept the room perfect.
  : The only thing I guess that I could say wasn’t great, is there isn’t a beach right out front of the room. It’s just a sea wall. But about 100 yards north and west you can find a beach.

  : I liked the view, internet, tv, kitchen … nothing too fancy or new, but it worked.
  : I saw a lot of hair in the bathroom, stuck to the door, overall the cleanliness in the bathroom was just average. I couldn’t find band aids or the first aid kit.

Disappointing

  : I liked that I was told in advance that the condo would be cleaned with unscented products for my stay and that there were no air fresheners in the unit. All of which was a lie. I could not use bedroom even after air freshener saturated plastic "plant" removed. Towel and sheets also were fragranced strongly. Cleaner used fragrance cleaning products.
  : The "grass plant" in a pot in the bedroom (plastic) was saturated with strong air freshener chemicals with fragrance chemicals. 20% of women and 10 % of men get migraines to fragrance chemicals including me. Bedroom could not be used even after management removed "plant" from condo. Carpet, walls, bedding all saturated with air freshener smell. I closed the door and even had to put a towel at bottom open strip of door to keep smell contained. Sofabed did not unfold so 2 guys came to fix it. Old wooden louvers are warped and let in all the dust of construction wall project so a worker came and covered them with plastic sheet drop cloth and duct tape. the tape unstuck sometimes so cigarette smoke came right in to me one evening while I watched TV until I restuck the tape. Cleaner came when I came the first day and used all fragranced cleaning products (from Costco) the same as she always does. Promises and lies! I won't be back.
