  : its located 5 minutes away from the main street of laganas. it has nice backyard with lots of flowers and a parkinglot. nothing was taken out of the rooms. theres a safe with key lock.
  : Parts of the floor where you dont walk very often were filthy and hair strands that fell on the floor were only moved left and right and never picked up with the rest of the crumbs. cleaning lady was coming every day but was skipping the floor sweeping whitch is the most needed with all the unpacking and beachdays. she was very rude. we had a long night out and slept till 11am then she barged in and started kicking us out so she can "clean" the place otherwise she wont be doing it today. we were using the same bathing towels till the day 4., had to reach out to the landlord and ask for fresh ones. some of the ceiling wood paneling is moldy whitch only makes me wonder what is it covering. the bed mattresses had hard springs poking out that caused sleepless nights and hip/sholder pain along with excessive coughing whenever we laid our heads down (could be dust or mites). space arond bed head area had strange smell from time to time, we could not figure out what it was. the pipe water is salty, not sure if thats a thing on the whole island or just in those apartments.

  : This place is perfectly fine for college students or young people looking for a cheap place to spend a fun time. However we were a family with kids and a grandma and this was not a suitable place for us to stay. Would not recommend for families. The location was great, though. We were able to walk to the main strip and find restaurants and cafes. Walkable to the beach (although that's a little bit further, but not bad)
  : The host met us and told us that her credit card machine wasn't working and that we needed to pay in cash. The check in seemed very un-professional and did not give us a good feeling. She eventually went and got a new machine and we were able to check in. The rooms did not look at all like what they were advertised. They were very basic and did not match the photos online. For the money, this place was just fine and ultimately we stayed there because of the value. But when we arrived, we did debate leaving and finding a new place to stay.

  : Place in the city. Everything is very near.
  : This wasn't my first stay here. I know that the price is not big, but it would be nice to sleep in clean bed and get towels without holes... Also the cleaning lady... It is not a bad thing that the rooms are cleaned every day. But cleaning is not only changing towels.. And also PLEASE make some stickers or something that people could put on the door DO NOT DISTURB. Because the cleaning lady knocks the door only once and if you are not answering (for example you are still sleeping or you are busy) she goes inside the room immediately... That's really annoying.

  : There's a terrace to the room which is great, it's close to the beach, basically, everything's within walking distance and the location is quiet. There's even AC in the room - for free - and free wifi is also available.
  : The nearby streets are not the cleanest, with some dumpsters overflowing on the street. Everything else was great.
