  : The room is quite nice with a balcony and separate kitchen. Close to Laganas main street and just next to small shop.
  : The bed was quite small as was the shower.

  : I travel a lot and this is the first time I have to give a negative review to a place. We paid for a room with balcony, surprise : there was no balcony and no garden view either. The room was not clean and it mattered because there were no mosquito nets on the windows and the windows were wide open when we arrived and we were "hunting" for mosquitos the whole night after realizing we are covered in bites. And it does matter if the walls are full with spider webs and other dirt spots because in the night everything on the wall that is black looks like a mosquito. There is a mosquito net on the tiniest window I have ever seen in the bathroom and it was full of holes.The walls are very thin and you could hear everything from all neighbouring rooms even if they were 2 rooms apart. Besides that there is at least one club right next to this accomodation with music banging all night until daylight.The floors were not clean either and there was mold on the tiles in the bathroom, also the doors were dirty as well. The kitchenette was in a deplorable state too. The absolute lack of interest of the hosts was crowned by the fact that even the toilet paper handle was missing and no one gave a fck to solve it.

  : the room was number 1, terrible room comparing to what was seen in the pictures of the reservation. everything is very very old and with a lot of scratches, smell is bad. We wanted the money back but they didnt accept and finally the second day they barely accepted to change the room(initially they said everything is booked but some couple will leave). The bathroom is shower on the floor directly, causing a lot of water in whole bathroom. Helen was rude with us saying to call booking in case we want the money back. Booking called them and they didnt convince them to give the money back. In the end we had to stay there. At some point we wanted to just leave and pay somewhere else and just lose the money, this is how bad it was. I really do not understand the number of good reviews.
