  : No hot water at start, in both rooms we had. Said to wait to heat up for 15 minutes.Air con did not work, so asked to move rooms (night 2).Air con didnt work in the room we were moved to, until we requested it be fixed (night 3).The first room Jacuzzi was dirty and bottom cracked. Cleaner entered multiple times without warning to clean and empty/refill. Lack of privacy overall - pool cleaner entered multiple times without warning (while in shower, getting ready). Also random staff entered without warning (in this case to setup new outdoor furniture). Second room, the Pool was dirty (apparently as it hadnt been used for a while), and the pool windowed into our room, which was nice, however the light was on the entire night, causing instability to sleep - at 11pm we requested help to turn off, reply was that it automatically turned off at midnight, which it didnt - surprise!They entered the room to address the issue while we were in shower again. Both rooms had a general musky smell about them (possible new furniture or other?).Reception staff not helpful. We approached them a combined 8 times to address the various issues. Essentially no apology or real care, as if they were there to simply fix issues they were already aware of.Phone in room did not work.Hard to lock and open room doors.Safe in second room was old and didnt work.
