Happy Apart Hotel

: Good location at maximum 10 min walk from Ladies Beach, spacious cleaned apartment, very nice reception personnel
: Air conditioning was poor and did not cool very well, it was placed only in the bedroom and was not efficient for the whole apartment. Every time you get outside in the balcony the AC turns off, I can not say if it's good or bad but in my opinion is strange. The furniture is a little bit old+overused and should be changed. Facilities to cook were poor and should be improved, tv was very old but it was not an important aspect for us. Wi-fi has signal only when you stay on hallway hotel-outside of the room. We could not sleep very well during the 4 nights because of the air conditioning that was not effective and also because of the noise/music that was coming outside, especially from the nearby hotel which lasted until 2-3 AM. An important aspect - cleaning is done ok but in the bathroom there was only 1 pc toilet paper which was already used...it had to go asking at reception for extra toilet paper (we were 3 people) and even that cleaning was done after 2 days, the ladies from cleaning again did not observe that is mandatory to have 1 +1 PC extra paper. Overall, might be a good place to spend 1 night but definitely not more.

: The location is good. Kusadasi is a lot of fun, with lots to do. The pool was nice.
: The website promised a/c and wifi, but that's not quite accurate. There's a/c in one room, but it turns off as soon as you open a door or window, and you can't leave it running to keep the room cool during 40 degree weather. Since we're a family, our child couldn't sleep in the other, a/c-less room. We had to move her bed into our room so we could all sleep in a/c. The wifi only works at the pool and in the lobby, but there is no wifi in the rooms -- and what wifi there is drops out and isn't very reliable the rest of the time. We almost missed our flight because there was no wifi to check in online and confirm flight information.

: Good location, good information given at check in, nice staff, good menu options at poolside bar, nice + clean pool area. Close walk to Ladies Beach although on a steep hill so wouldnt be suitable for some. Overall the price paid per night reflected and matched the property standard.
: Wi-Fi is essential these days and is only available by the pool and in reception, not in the rooms. Water was cold in the shower 50% of the time. Drinks were expensive compared to closeby bars/restaurants.
