  : Would not recommend staying here. I stayed here with my 15month old baby and it was nothing but a disaster. I had asked before arriving that i would need a travel cot which was not provided and my baby lost out in 2 days sleep, the rooms are way too small, no where to put your suitcase away, the hotel and rooms are very run down, no were to get clean water to make bottles for a baby, no kettle, very noisy as was facing out the front on the strip, asked for a different room which they would not give.. Would not recommend staying here with a child. Was miss sold what the room would be photos are very deceiving on Booking.com. The Turkish had nothing but bad things to say about this hotel and apparently are under rebranding due to the hotel being so poor.
  : EVERYTHING... The food is terrible, the pool is tiny only 6 loungers could never get a spot to sit, no clean water to make bottles for baby, some of the staff were extremely horrible and was kicking me and child out for a error that was made on there behalf and looked for more money off me unfortunately I ended up having to pay the extra money as had nowhere else to stay and was certainly not worth the money that I had paid to stay here...

  : Your staff is helpful and approachable. Food was good quality - we booked half board so we had good value. The restaurant staff was excellent and helpful Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels daily.. Everything worked well- toilet, shower, hairdryer,r, etc.Location, location the absolute best.I loved watching the beach life and surf from my balcony into early morning.
  : Furniture very run down- rooms need to be upgraded .The sanitaryware needs a thorough scrub n polishing. A bigger size bedcover or perhaps 2 of those throws will be very welcome at night.

  : The location of the hotel is absolutely fab. The views from the balcony are stunning and there are some nice bars/restaurants in close proximity
  : The hotel requires updating! Its very old and worn, it looks as though they have attempted to update and modernise the bedrooms but this has been done poorly. The pool area is a let down and also requires some maintenance. The photos displayed for the hotel certainly make it look much nicer than it is!
