  : The location on the lake is great: the ability to rent a kayak and spend hours on the water, or just enjoy the beach on a nice sunny day. The pool area is also very nice (there are several pools), and it is nice to have food choices on location (however those choices weren't always great).
  : The hotel wasn't clean (there was an old toothbrush under our bed) and wasn't cleaned regularly. Even though our room was meant to have daily cleaning, this did not happen. We had to actively ask for our room to be cleaned, even though it was absolutely necessary (bringing in dirt from the pool/lake/playground). Also, the way the shower is built, water goes everywhere, which means that towels have to be replaced frequently. We had to simply grab fresh towels for ourselves. Finally, in the dining area, there was always a rush to eat early (11:30 for lunch and 4:30 for dinner) which meant that by the time that we went to eat some of the food choices were already gone.

  : Relaxing place in the outskirts of Kuopio and nice activities! I really enjoyed the caf by the beach as well and the food at the Kunnonpaikka restaurant.
  : Breakfast did not meet expectations.

  : Good location, good food, very friendly staff. Wellness services were also really nice.
  : There could have been a kettle in the room. The bathroom sink drain should be cleaned properly as the water was slow to flow down the drain.

  : The staff was amazing! They helped us benefit from the new prices set that were lower than what we'd paid through Booking. We also had a great chat with Lisa at the reception and learnt more about Finland!Nice swimming pool and games outdoor.Good breakfast.
  : When staying at an igloo boat, it would be nice ti have access to a shower later than 9pm.

  : I wasn't able to stay for breakfast, although it looked pretty good. The staff tried to be helpful in the face of problems with the booking and the hotel systems.
  : I was arriving just after midnight and had emailed ahead of time to explain this, with a reply from the office that sounded reassuring. When I arrived, there was confusion at the desk because normal check-in time was not until daytime. This led to some problems with room allocation, where I was issued with a key to a room already occupied, but it was all sorted out in the end. The decor of the hotel is fairly basic and tired, and there was a fair bit of children's play equipment just lying around. I only wanted somewhere to sleep for a few hours, so the hotel fulfilled that purpose OK. Just that I wouldn't be likely to choose it again if I wanted to stay for longer.
