Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Villa Prud in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that final cleaning is not included. Guests can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee of EUR 180.


City Apartment Kuopio requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The property may also request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in.
